"Solid storage facility for boats and RVs. Located just minutes from a free public boat ramp, which makes loading/unloading a non-issue — huge plus if you’re in and out regularly during the season. Access to the lot itself is easy, no hassle getting in or maneuvering around. Facilities are basic — don’t expect bells and whistles — but everything is functional and well-maintained for what it is. No frills, no problems. Pricing is fair for the value, especially compared to some of the fancier (and pricier) options around. It did exactly what I needed it to do. "Been storing my boat and RV here and have no complaints. What really sets this place apart is the location — it’s close enough to the free public boat ramp that I can actually launch solo without the usual hassle. I dock the boat at the ramp, drive the truck and trailer back to the storage lot, then it’s just a short walk back to the ramp. Makes single-person launch and load way easier than fighting for parking right at the ramp itself. The lot itself is straightforward — easy in, easy out, no tight turns or awkward backing required. It’s not a fancy setup with a bunch of amenities, just a clean, functional outdoor lot that does what it’s supposed to do. For the price, you really can’t beat it. Already planning on keeping my stuff here next season too."
